Rules & Regulation at Sportyzo Academy

1. Member should follow their dress code strictly.
2. Member should report five minutes prior to their reporting time.
3. Membership amount paid is non refundable & non transferable.
4. Individual seeking membership are requested to pay fee in advance as fixed by the management.
5. In case, if a member misses any class or coaching, his/her will be allowed for extra class only in case of medical issue with proper medical certificate.
6. Member should pay their fee on due dates without breaking the continuation of their programme.
7. Member should carry their I-Card every day. Member will not be allowed to enter the Sportyzo without an I-Card.
8. Member should immediately inform the management in case of stolen or lost card, duplicate membership card will be issued with charge of Rs250/-
9. Member should be fully responsible for any loss, stolen and damage done inside the Sportyzo Sports Academy.
10. Parents are not allowed to go inside of play area.
11. Membership will be expired on the basis of number of classes/ duration of plan, whichever is earlier.

Documents Required :

• Two passport size photograph.
• Address proof.

Timings :

• Academy is open six day a week.
• Batch time will be allotted to each member during the time of registration.
• Operation hours are at the description of Management and will be posted at the Sportyzo Sports Academy.

Termination Of Membership :

• In the event of any individual Member of any of his guests, spouse children being found guilty of questionable behaviour of miss use of facilities of the Sportyzo, Management may terminate his membership and forfeit the whole or parts of his/her tree.

Safety Measures :

• Member need to provide fitness certificate from a doctor or hospital to join Academy.
• Management will not be responsible for any health related issue inside.
• Member need to carry their own personal belongings with them.
